If you could have a conversation with anyone, who would it be and why? When I was a kid, I wanted to work at Disney when I grew up. When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? If they made a movie about your life, who would play you? I went on a trapeze when I was in middle school with my Girl Scout troop. What is the most adventurous thing that you have ever done? This question was incredibly difficult for me, there are so many! But I narrowed it down to “Little Women.” What book has made the most significant impact on your life? Theater, painting, puzzles, tennis and piano. ![]() Additionally, people who go for their dreams and become successful while also achieving a work-life balance are very inspiring to me. I am inspired by innovative theater, particularly musicals. Who at W&L has been most inspiring to you so far? Watching first-years arrive on campus and help them settle into life in Lexington is extremely important and rewarding to me. I loved leading the incredibly talented team to create the most welcoming and fun orientation week experience possible. Since arriving at W&L my greatest accomplishment was serving as general co-chair for First Year Orientation Committee for the last two years. What has been your greatest accomplishment since arriving at W&L? ![]() It’s titled “A guide to stage management for W&L students” and combines all the knowledge and experiences I gained from stage managing four different productions during my time at Washington and Lee. I have been looking forward to finishing and presenting my theater honors thesis. What are you most looking forward to during your time at W&L? I also was very excited by the chance to study business and other subjects outside the Williams School! I chose to come to W&L because I fell in love with the people here and their commitment to liberal arts education and the Honor System.
